We have added
Web Meetings as a feature to our website. This feature allows
for:
- Presentations to be viewed in
real time - accessed from anywhere in the world and from any
number of places.
- Powerpoint visuals accessed by
internet from a live, secure web-site.
- The audio portion of the meeting
is accessed via a dedicated meeting phone number, allowing the
presentation to be heard simultaneously with the video presentation,
as well as allowing for participation in the question/answer
sessions.
- Ability to download agenda and
presentations in advance of meeting.
If you are trying to access one of
our web meetings, please carefully follow the instructions given
below and on the subsequent linked pages. The instructions include
testing your system for meeting site access, information on accessing
the webconference and teleconference portions of the meeting,
presentation downloading and viewing the agenda in advance of
the meeting.
Web Meetings are available
by invitation and authorized access only.
If you have not aready been
contacted about an upcoming meeting that you have been invited
to attend, please call (416) 978-2740 or email k.weishar@utoronto.ca
to obtain the following:
- your meeting
name
- login name,
group password and VNC authorization password for visual portion
of meeting
- conference
ID for teleconference portion of meeting
Once you have the above information, you can proceed
to testing your system by clicking on the Test
Server Login button on the side navigation bar. This
will ensure that you will have access to the Pulp & Paper
Centre meeting site on the day of the meeting. We recommend that
you test your system prior to the day of the meeting.
Presentation Downloads Only:
If you only wish to download presentations that you have been
given permission to access, bypass the System Test and proceed
directly to Meeting Login by clicking on the Meetings
Login button on the side navigation bar.
