Awards
Congratulations to our graduate students:
Sabina Di Risio and Nicholas Wood for winning Henry
Bolker Award
for their second and third place finish in the Papier Graduate Student
Seminar competition, and to Laleh Kobari for her 3rd place finish
and winning the Alkis Karnis Memorial Prize in Papier Graduate Student
Poster Competition.
These competitions were held last Wednesday and Thursday,
February 6 & 7, 2008, as part of Paptac's Annual Conference
in Montreal and drew more than 50 poster and seminar presentations
by graduate students from 6 different universities across Canada.
Well done and well deserved !
